That's what she says when she sees a big truck! She points at it and marvels at the size and sound. Then she starts waving and saying, "HhhhIIiiiiiiii, beep beep", and as it drives past she keeps waving and switches to, "Byeeeee, beep beep".
Love it!
I bet it is so exciting when they start really talking! I can't wait!
